Dominik Sonnberger, Managing Partner at TheXecutives

Prior to entering the executive search industry in 2006, Dominik was responsible for the reorganization of a medium sized industrial company during the takeover by a private equity fund.

Having worked as Managing Director within Neumann Group for more than 5 years, with responsibility for Austria, Slovakia, Croatia, Bulgaria and Romania, he was a founding partner of LAB & Company Austria, establishing the business in 2014. Since 2017 the company has been operating under ‘TheXecutives’ with a strong geographical focus on Austria, CEE/SEE and Russia.

Over the past ten years Dominik focused on multinational senior-level searches within the retail and industrial sectors, with a specialization on full-range and discount chains and automotive suppliers. Dominik holds a degree in economics and studied in Austria, Czech Republic and Thailand.
