Eugenia Glikina, Partner at TheXecutives

Eugenia is Partner and co-founder of TheXecutives and is now sharing time between Vienna and Moscow. Eugenia was born in Russia, studied Economy and Management at the University of Modern Business. Gained her Professional Human Resources Certification from Human Resource Certification Institute, USA and obtained her MBTI qualification with OPP Ltd. Eugenia is qualified Coach, by methodology of University of Executive Coaching, UK.

Eugenia specializes in executive search, coaching and consulting in Central and Eastern Europe. She brings more than 16 years of experience in Human Resources. During her career, she has participated in and led a large variety of projects in recruitment, organizational development, change management and talent development. She has conducted many searches for top positions for a broad range of functions.

Before joining, Neumann team in 2008 Eugenia specialized mostly in Human Capital field, serving in different senior HR roles with companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, Renaissance Credit and Western Union.

Eugenia’s core competence is business development and project management in Russia, CIS, Central and Eastern Europe, executive search and coaching, leadership assessment and development.

She is a native Russian speaker and is fluent in English. Improving further her German and Spanish. Eugenia is passionate about helping people to find their place in life and realize their fullest potential.
