Maria Petrova, Research Consultant at TheXecutives

Maria works as a Research Consultant at TheXecutives’ Moscow Office. Maria was born in Russia in 1984. At the age of 21, she moved to London, where she spent almost six years before returning to Russia and moving to Moscow. Maria has worked in various roles in fashion retail and finance before finally joining the Moscow team of TheXecutives in 2013. Having started as a team assistant, Maria soon became a Research Consultant due to her background in Human Resources and massive interest in the business.

Working with various sectors and positions, Maria predominantly focuses on the consumer sector ranging from fast-moving consumer goods to professional services and IT solutions.

Maria speaks Russian, English and German, while actively studying Spanish. She is passionate about travelling and exploring new cultures, sports, crafts and books.
